Are you open to the public?
Stone Mart works with architects, designers, builders and contractors and is also open to the public.
What would be best to bring with me to Stone Mart?
Drawings, measurements, pictures, wood cabinetry samples and existing stone samples.
Do I have to work with a designer or architect?
It is not required but highly encouraged that you work with an architect or interior designer on any project.
Do you install products?
We DO NOT install products, though if required we will be happy to recomend installers and fabricators to you from our list. However, it is the responsibility of the customer to check their qualifications and credentials. Stone Mart Corp. will not accept any responsibility what so ever for the work of installers or fabricators recommended by its staff.
Can I special order items you do not have in stock?
Yes. You can have items special ordered if they meet minimum quantity and availability.
What are the lead times for in stock items?
Items in stock can be picked up the same day.
Do you deliver?
We do not deliver though we will be happy to reccomend a delivery company to you.
Can I purchase products on your website?
No. All purchases must be made in store or over the phone.
Can I return products?
Material that is in it’s original condition can be returned within one week with a 25% restocking fee plus shipping fee. Custom order material can not be returned.
Where does the material come from?
Our material comes from all over the world but generally from Italy, Spain and Brazil.
How do you accept payment?
Cash, check, Visa, Master Card, American Express, or Discover.
Should material be sealed once it is installed ?
Sealing stone is strongly suggested as it will create a barrier between the stone and any staining agents, although it will not prevent stains completely. Any thing that can stain the stone should be removed immediately. Sealers and cleaners should be included on every stone order in order to provide the best care for your product.
